1. The organization distributes positive feedback and information through the application. For example, thanking a colleague for a good job, handing out an invitation to the whole company for summer days or publishing a new recruiting camp for the company!

2. From time to time, an easy, up-to-date pulse survey can be published, which provides quick feedback on what different people think about and what the mood is at work.

3. A summary of positive feedback and inquiries is provided to the customer’s Zoizoi contact person, which provides a glimpse of the pulse across organizational boundaries.
